Dhan Foundation, Madurai campus recruitment was organized by Training & Placement Cell, Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Agricultural Engineering & Technology, Talsande on 3rd December 2019.
Development of Humane Action (DHAN) Foundation, a professional development organisation, was initiated on October 2, 1997. It brings highly motivated, educated young women and men to the development sector. They would make new innovations in development to root out poverty from the country, in thus achieving the Mission of the organization. Panel of four members, Ms. K. Illavarasi, Team leader –centre for HRD, Mr. B. Muthukumarsamy, Program Leader, Mrs. Madhavi Bavade, Regional Coordinator (Nanded) and Mr. Sagar Zunzare, Federation Coordinator(Bhoom) conducted campus recruitment process.
The campus drive was coordinated by Er. Pawar K.R, Incharge of Placement cell. Campus recruitment process started with warm welcome of Dhan foundation team by Dr. S.B. Patil, Principal, Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Agricultural Engineering & Technology, Talsande Er. P.D. Ukey, Academic Incharge. A small presentation was given by Mr. B. Muthukumarsamy regarding detailed information of DHAN. Mrs. Madhavi Bavade, Regional Coordinator (Nanded) explained Job profile.
A written aptitude test was conducted and students qualifying the aptitude test were interviewed one by one. The DHAN foundation panel conducted interviews. Total 17 students participated in the campus recruitment process. All 17 students qualified aptitude test and appeared for interview.
Five students were shortlisted & recommended for selection as Block Integrator and Nine students were selected as Technical Trainee for 4 months. These technical trainees will be appointed as Block Integrator after successful completion of trainee as per their performance.
The students selected as above were given the selection letter by DHAN foundation and letter were distributed to candidates bt the hands of principal Dr. S. B. Patil, Academic
Incharge Er. P.D. Ukey, Training & Placement Officer Er.K.R. Pawar & DHAN representatives.
Dr. S.B. Patil congratulated all the students appeared for campus recruitment and students got selected. He also expressed his satisfactory remarks regarding the DHAN campus drive. The DHAN team expressed that, the students have good level of knowledge & professional skills. The DHAN team appreciated entire organization of campus drive & assured to visit next year also.
